Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after you receive it. Email support@kyushafactory.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. It must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. You pay the return shipping.

Refunds
When we have received the item, or proof that you've sent it, we refund what you paid, including the original standard shipping, to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Misprints, damage or wrong item
Every item is printed to order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or in the wrong size or design, email support@kyushafactory.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at our cost. For a lost parcel, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item under the 14-day right of withdrawal and place a new order. Every product page has a size chart.

24-month right to complain
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have 24 months to complain about defects that were present when the item was delivered. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
